Following the consultation, you will receive a tailored quote, and a deposit is required to reserve your date.

We handle delivery, setup, and pickup throughout Naples and nearby areas so hosting feels effortless from start to finish.

Hi! I’m Nina. I’m the founder and creative mind behind Plated By Nina, a tablescape styling and rental company rooted in the belief that the most memorable moments happen around the table.
I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, but Naples, Florida has always felt like a second home.
My passion for design began long before Plated By Nina. I grew up surrounded by incredible women who had an unmistakable eye for interiors, entertaining, and the little details that transform a house into a home. From beautifully set holiday tables to thoughtfully designed rooms, I learned early on that the difference between ordinary and unforgettable gatherings lies in the details.
Plated By Nina was born from that lifelong appreciation for design and entertaining.
Today, I curate tablescapes that elevate celebrations from intimate dinners to large gatherings so hosts can focus on what matters most: their guests and the moment being shared.
